    I love the idea because I never want to give anything to a nation who’s laws are solely based on oppression. However, I gotta see it that if Canada backs out of this one like they did the Helicopter deal, every nation in the world is going to look at us like we’re useless. “If you sign a deal with the Canadians, they can elect new government and scrap any legal document. Why even shop there?”
    I’m disgusted, yes.
    I also understand how people’s hands get tied into things. It’s not as simple as we’d like it to be. It’s really easy to say, “yeah it is, you just don’t do it.” And deal with those consequences but whatta ya do when those consequences are a shattered reputation for global distribution and law suits not only without chance of winning but at any cost the Saudis see fit for retubution. Not only in our courts but who knows what Saudi Supreme Court would rule for.

    Saudi Arabia is a foremost human rights abuser and the economic and human engine of most “middle eastern terrorism”. Selling it weapons is unconscionable.
