The government is playing a cynical waiting game, hoping the outcry over continued Canadian military assistance to Saudi Arabia’s barbarous war effort in Yemen will just die away. We must not let that happen.
I support Ceasefire.ca because it is an effective organization against the Military-Industrial Complex. This war machine is eating up hundreds of billions of dollars worldwide which could be used to promote healthy living, anti-poverty campaigns, green energy investments and fighting human-made global warming, and improving health care.
My Canada doesn’t include war-mongering.
I contribute to Ceasefire.ca because you are the only counter-force to Stephen Harper’s daydream of a militarized Canada
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I live in BC and am not able to do all the frontline communication with lobbyists, media, MPs and other government officials that Ceasefire.ca does.
