“Prophets of War: Unmasking the Defence Lobby” is a presentation by William D. Hartung, Director of the Arms and Security Project at the Center for International Policy, New York. The event is part of the 2013 Ottawa Peace Festival and will take place October 1st at 12:30 in the Councillor Lounge at Ottawa City Hall. Mr. Hartung will speak about the growing influence of the companies that make arms in Canada, and about what we can do to create an economy based on peace and sustainability.
