Thousands of military, industry, and government representatives have converged in Ottawa for Canada’s largest annual arms and defence industry showcase.
Photos from the Raging Grannies protest last weekend in front of the Prime Minister’s Office and in Ottawa’s Byward Market. The group was protesting the planned extension of Canada’s military mission in Afghanistan.
Last week saw the first Canadian street protest over the planned purchase of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
